| 摘 要： | 据国家战略性新兴产业发展规划、长江三角洲区域发展规划和江苏沿海地区发展规划,以及盐城市委市政府的产业发展规划要求,在盐城地区风电和光伏发电具有突出的资源禀赋优势和技术储备优势的基础上,结合盐城悦达汽车产业实际,在调查问卷基础上,分析影响盐城市新能源汽车发展的5大要素,针对性地提出不同的对策措施,促进盐城新能源汽车产业的发展。

| Abstract: | According to the national strategic emerging industry development plan, the Yangtze River Delta regional development plan and the Jiangsu coastal area development plan, as well as the Yancheng municipal Party committee and government industrial development planning requirements, based on the prominent resource endowment advantages and technical reserve advantages of wind power and photovoltaic power generation in Yancheng area, combined with the actual situation of Yancheng Yueda automotive industry, based on the questionnaire, the five major factors affecting the development of new energy vehicles in Yancheng City are analyzed. And different countermeasures are put forward to promote the development of new energy vehicles industry in Yancheng. |
