电动自行车控制器设计与实现

摘    要:对基于单片机的电动自行车用无刷直流电机控制器进行了研究。控制器以SPMC65P2404A为核心,通过对电动自行车各种状态信号的检测与处理,实现了控制器的平稳调速、过流保护、欠压保护等功能。无刷直流电机的转速调节通过PWM技术来实现。过流保护从软、硬件两方面来实现,即软件上减小PWM占空比,硬件上使电机停转。实时检测蓄电池电压值,当电压值小于额定值的87.5%时,电机停转,实现欠压保护。对电动自行车的转把信号、助力信号进行了算法说明;对电机的正确换向进行了实验验证。

Abstract:The controller of the brushless DC motor based on MCU and used in electric bicycle was studied,which takes SPMC65P2404A as the core.It detected and dealed with all the signals from the electric bicycle,and accomplished the ve-locity modulation.It had the functions to protect the motor and the storage battery,and controlled the rotational speed through the PWM.The overcurrent protection was accomplished both from the software and the hardware.The duty cycle of the PWM is reduced by the software and made the motor shutdown by the hardware.The code detected the voltage of the storage battery every moment,when the voltage reduced to 87.5% of the rated voltage,the motor stoped running.The algorithm of the handle signal and the help signal were illustrated.The accuracy of the commutation is proved by the experiment.
