载荷相关多薄弱部位零部件可靠度建模与分析

摘    要:实际工程装备中,含有多个薄弱部位的零部件应用广泛,而多个薄弱部位的存在会大大降低零部件的可靠性。以典型多薄弱部位零部件为研究背景,分别从多个薄弱部位的载荷相关性等方面进行详细的理论分析,研究多个薄弱部位之间的失效相关性。在此基础上,应用最小次序统计量模型建立同构多薄弱部位零部件的可靠性模型,并深入研究多薄弱部位零部件的强度以及载荷的分散性对多薄弱部位零部件可靠性的影响规律。结果表明,多薄弱部位零部件的失效规律与仅含有单个薄弱部位的零部件不同,不仅安全裕量影响零部件的可靠度,载荷粗糙度对于多薄弱部位零部件可靠性也有重要影响。所建模型对于含有多个薄弱部位的零部件的设计和可靠性评估具有指导意义。
