抑郁症的心理加药物疗法和单纯药物治疗的随访分析对照

目的探讨抑郁症心理加药物疗法和单纯药物治疗的效果。方法采用随机分组方法对两组进行开放式对照研究,评价指标采用明尼苏达多相人格调查表(MMPI)。并在治疗1年后进行随访,以观察其复发率。结果单纯药物治疗复发率高,没达到心理和躯体康复的目的,药物加心理治疗组复发率低,且患者的各项心理学指标明显提高,表明心理和社会功能康复。结论抑郁症的治疗心理治疗是关键,重在改善患者的认知功能和人格整合,以调整和恢复社会功能。

Effects of drug and/or psychological treatment on patients with depression

Objective To explore the effects of drug and psychological treatment or drug treatment only on patients with depression. Method Open control trial was adopted.The patients randomly divided into 2 groups were tested with MMPI measuring scale,and the relapse rate was followed up one year after the therapy.Result The relapse rate was higher in the drug treatment group than that in the drug and psychological treatment group. The patients in the drug treatment group did not attain rehabilitation physically and mentally. The patients in the drug and psychological treatment group had a higher psychological index,and attained rehabilitation mentally and sociologically.Conclusion Psychological treatment is extremely important in the patients with depression.The treatment is laid particular emphasis on the cognitive function and the integration of personality of the patients in order to adjust and recover their social function.
