军队护理人员战备能力评估量表的信度和效度研究

目的编制军队护理人员战备能力评估量表，并对其信度和效度进行考评。方法以美军护理人员战备能力评估量表为基础，遴选8位我军护理、卫勤专家，结合我军自身特点，编制适合我军护理人员战备能力的评估量表，并用其对9所军队医院703名护理人员进行调查，考评该量表的信度和效度。结果该量表的内部一致性系数为0．95，重测信度为0．92；因子分析，提取特征值大于1的公因子6个，累积贡献率为62．66％，与量表设计初衷基本相符。结论该量表具有较好的信度和效度，为军队护理人员战备能力的评估及相关能力的培训提供了有效的评估工具。

Reliability and Validity of Readiness Estimation Scale of Military Nurses

Objective To establish reliability and validity. Methods a readiness estimation scale for military nurses and to test its The scale was established based on the readiness of U. S. Army nurses,while taking into consideration of the characteristics of PLA. The validity of the scale was evaluated by 8 military specialists of nursing and service. The reliability and validity were tested in 703 military hospital nurses of 9 military hospitals. Results The coefficient of internal consistence was 0. 95 and the coefficient of test-retest reliability was 0. 92. After factor analysis, 6 factors whose eigen values over 1 were identified,with a total cumulative contribution of 62.66%,which was largely consistent with what was expected. Conclusion The established scale has better reliability and validity and provides an effective tool for estimating readiness of military nurses.
