回采面合理采煤方法的确定

摘    要:以8601回采面开采8号煤层为研究对象,分析地质构造、顶板、煤层倾角、硬度和泥岩夹矸对不同采煤方法的影响。由于8601回采面内陷落柱发育,且顶板破碎、有淋水现象,煤质松软,不适宜采用大采高综采的采煤方法。从经济、安全、适用性等方面综合考虑,确定8601回采面最佳的采煤方式为综放开采,同时,从采面煤壁稳定性、顶煤冒落性、夹矸位置和厚度等方面综合确定了综放开采合理的割煤高度为3.3 m,采放比为1∶1.2。

Determination of the Reasonable Mining Method in Ming Face

Abstract:Taking No.8 coal seam mined in 8601 mining face as the research object,the influence of geological structure,roof,coal seam dip angle,hardness and mudstone parting on different mining methods was analyzed.Because of the development of subsided pillars,broken roof,water dripping and soft coal in 8601 mining face,it was not suitable to adopt the method of full-mechanized mining with large mining height.Considering economy,safety and applicability,the best mining method of 8601 mining face was determined to be full-mechanized caving mining.At the same time,the reasonable cutting height and mining ratio of full-mechanized caving mining were determined to be 3.3 m and 1∶1.2 from the aspects of coal wall stability,roof caving,position and thickness of gangue.
