摘    要:介绍了DS-SO2尾气处理系统在郴州丰越环保科技有限公司回转窑煅烧车间的应用情况。为解决原有回转窑尾气脱硫系统运行费用较高的问题,采用DS-SO2尾气处理系统代替原来的钠碱法脱硫系统,减排效果明显,经济效益显著。改造后尾气SO2脱除效率达到99%以上,尾气排放ρ(SO2)≤1 mg/m3、ρ(NOx)≤60 mg/m3、颗粒物(ρ)≤10 mg/m3,远低于气体污染物排放限值要求;每年可节约成本约752万元,取得巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:The application of DS-SO2 flue gas treatment system in the rotary kiln calcination workshop of ChenzhouFengyue Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.is introduced.In order to solve the problem of high operation cost of the original rotary kiln off-gas desulfurization system,DS-SO2 flue gas treatment system is used instead of the original sodium alkali desulfurization system,which has obvious emission reduction effect and economic benefit.After the transformation,the SO2 removal efficiency of the off-gas is over 99%,and the off-gas emissionsρ(SO2)<1 mg/m3,ρ(NOx)<60 mg/m3,particulate matter(ρ)<10 mg/m3,which is far lower than the requirements of the emission limit of gas pollutants.The annual expenditure can be saved about 7.52 million Yuan,and great economic benefits can be achieved.
