摘    要:介绍了天脊中化高平化工有限公司合成氨联产甲醇工艺中变换系统QDB-04催化剂的使用情况.分析了催化剂失活原因,并对催化剂失活样品进行了活性组分、烧失率、保留强度的分析测试及催化剂复活实验、催化剂失活验证实验,结果表明:催化剂失活是由于从原料气及压缩机带来的焦油等杂质附着在催化剂上造成的,并不是氧含量超标的原因。介绍了催化剂的再生及为防止催化剂失活所采取的措施。

Abstract:The paper gave a brief introduction to the QDB-04 sulfur-tolerant shift conversion catalyst, and the deactivated QDB-04 catalyst has been studied through testing. The cause of the deactivation of the catalyst was studied and the deactivated catalyst sample was analyzed and tested. The study result showed that the deactivation was due to the impurities (such as tar which comes from the feed compressor) being stuck to the catalyst, rather than the excessive oxygen content. The paper then briefly summarized the regeneration of the catalyst and the measures to prevent the catalyst from deactivating.
