石家庄健康女性血脂与体质量指数和腰臀比的关系

目的 观察石家庄健康女性血脂水平、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围和腰臀比(WHR)的关系.方法 符合入选标准的女性为1 992例.分别测量身高、体质量、WC、臀围并计算出BMI和WHR,同时抽取肘正中静脉血检测血脂.结果 血脂异常发生率随年龄增长有升高的趋势,总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)在不同年龄段的变化最为显著(P<0.01).TC、TG和LDL-C水平随体质量的增加而升高,且肥胖组与体质量正常组相比升高明显,TC(5.78±0.96)mmol、L VS(5.32±0.91)mmol、L(P＜0.05);TG(1.98±0.59)mmol、L VS(1.17±0.38)mmol、L(P<0.05);LDL-C(3.27±0.44)mmol、L VS(2.86±0.57)mmol、L(P＜0.05).WHR异常组TG明显升高(P<0.05),而TC、TG和LDL-C水平却没有明显变化(P＞0.05).结论 血脂异常发生率随年龄增长而升高.肥胖组的TC、TG和LDL-C水平比体质量正常者高.WHR异常者主要表现为TG明显升高.

Relationship of BMI, WHR and serum lipids in healthy female of Shijiazhuang city

Objective To analyze the plasma lipid profiles and their abnormal distribution in different age segments in healthy females of Shijiazhuang city,and to investigate the relationship of plasma lipid profiles with body mass index（BMI） ,waist circumference（WC） and waist-hip ratio（WHR）. Methods Healthy females were recruited,and 1 992 women met the inclusion criteria. Body height, body mass, BMI, WC, hip circumference, WHR and plasma lipid level were measured in the morning after an overnight fast. Results The ratio of dyslipidemia increased with the added age,and the significant changes were seen among total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG） and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） at different age segments（ P %0.01）. The level of TC,TG,LDL-C increased with the added BMI, and they were higher in the group of obesity than those of normal group,TC（5. 78±0. 96） mmol/L vs （5.32±0.91） retool/L（ P 〈0.05） ;TG （1. 98±0.59） mmol/L vs （1.17±0.38） mmol/L（ P 〈0.05） ;LDL-C（3.27±0.44） mmol/L vs （2.86±0.57） mmol/L（ P 〈0.05）. The level of TC,TG,LDL-C are higher in the group of obesity than those of normal group,and the level of TG is higher in females with abnormal WHR than that of females with normal WC and WHR.
