碳/碳缎纹机织复合材料弹性性能数值模拟

摘    要:针对碳/碳八枚五飞缎纹机织复合材料的数值模拟工作,在保证精度的前提条件下为提高计算效率,基于该复合材料的细观结构,采用通用单胞模型模拟其弹性性能。将该方法和矩形单胞模拟计算方法进行比较,结果表明,两种方法的计算结果相近,但是通用单胞模型可以减小建模工作量,降低网格划分的难度,提高计算效率,是一种较为合理高效的建模分析方法。此外,该建模分析方法也可用于其他缎纹机织复合材料的力学性能分析。

Abstract:To improve the computation efficiency in numerical simulation of woven stain composites without loss of accuracy, generalized method of cells were used to simulate the mechanical behavior of C/C 8-harness stain woven composites. Compared with rectangular single cell model, the simulated results showed that the computed values of these two models are in good agreement. However, using the former method can reduce workload for establishing models, lower the difficulty of meshing and improve computation efficiency, which is proved to be rational and effective. Furthermore, it is also suitable for other woven stain composites.
