扬子鳄纹状体一氧化氮合酶阳性神经元的分布

摘    要:目的 观察一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性神经元在扬子鳄纹状体的分布。方法 采用还原型尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸脱氢酶(NADPH-d)方法,观察扬子鳄纹状体NOS阳性神经元的分布。结果 扬子鳄纹状体含有NOS阳性神经元,呈散在分布,腹侧部较密。结论 扬子鳄纹状体有NOS阳性神经元分布,为比较神经解剖学积累了参考资料

Abstract:Objective To observe the distribution of nitric oxide synthase(NOS) positive neurons in the corpus striatum of Alligator sinensis. Methods The positive neurons distribution of NOS were studied with nicoti-namide adenosine dinucleotide phosphate diaphorase(NADPH-d) method . Results The NOS positive neurons were distributed mainly in the ventral part of the corpus striatum in Alligator sinensis,and a few NOS positive neurons were observed in the dorsal part of the corpus striatum. Conclusion The corpus striatum of Alligator sinensis have NOS positive neurons,which provides reference information for comparative nerval anatomy.
