| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of reasons causing unsafety attitude of oils storage and transportation site personnel, the countermeasures including emphasizing safety education for new employee, distinguishing safety training object, establishing good human relation, publishing safety information, strengthening supervision and inspection are proposed. |
