摘    要:以合金元素为添加剂制备氮化硅陶瓷.比较了Ti、Mg、Fe和A l四种合金元素对氮化硅生成的效果,结果表明单一元素Fe的效果比较明显;探讨了Fe含量在0.25%~5%(质量百分数)之间对Si3N4生成的影响,为了避免Fe-Si化合物的生成,Fe的加入量不宜大于1%;对比了复合元素(Fe A l)添加与单一元素(Fe)添加的效果,在添加剂含量相同的条件下,复合元素(Fe A l)比单一元素(Fe)的氮化效果较理想.

Abstract:Si_3N_4 ceramics is prepared by using alloy elements as additives.A comparison is made with the different impacts of Ti,Mg,Fe and Al additives on Si_3N_4 ceramics synthesis.The result indicates that the impact of Fe is better than others.What's more,the impact of Fe content between 0.25% and 5% mass percent on Si_3N_4 ceramics synthesis is discussed.In order to avoid Fe-Si compound, the content of Fe should be controlled under 1%.And the impact of alloy elements(Fe Al) and singular element Fe is compared.Under the condition of the same additive content,the impact of alloy elements(Fe Al) on Si_3N_4 ceramics is better than that of singular element Fe.
