ZnO/ZnS核-壳纳米杆的制备及其光学性质

摘    要:用溶液法在镀有ZnO缓冲层的硅衬底上制备出定向ZnO纳米杆阵列,然后再通过硫代乙酰胺(TAA)辅助硫化法将氧化锌一维纳米结构转化为ZnO/ZnS的核-壳纳米结构.运用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和室温光致发光谱(PL)研究了样品的结构、形貌和光学性质.结果表明,ZnO/ZnS核-壳纳米杆的带边发光峰比ZnO纳米杆有显著增强,且峰化蓝移.

Abstract:The Vertically aligned ZnO nanorod arrays have been synthesized using aqueous solution growth method on ZnO buffer layers.Furthermore,by using an effective thioglycolic acid-assisted solution route,the well-aligned ZnO/ZnS core-shell nanorod arrays have been successfully synthesized.The structures,morphologies and optical properties of both ZnO and ZnO/ZnS core-shell nanorod arrays were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmission e-lectron microscope (TEM) and photoluminescence spectrum (PL) at room temperature.The PL spectrum indicates that the synthesized ZnO/ZnS core-shell nanorod arrays have much stronger near-band emission as compared with the ZnO nanorod arrays,and the near-band emission peak slightly shifts to higher energy.
