| Abstract: | Air traffic management is the systematic management for resolving the air traffic congestion. The basic concept of air traffic flow management is introduced in this paper. Preliminary investigation of air traffic management methods is conducted. The environment to improve the air traffic congestion status and rationalization proposals to solve the air traffic congestion are proposed. |
