| 摘 要： | 为了提高战争中的制信息权,解决信息优势的评估问题,分析了信息链在打击链中的工作特点,提出了具有信息重处理功能的马尔科夫评估模型;给出了信息在打击链中的传递流程,确定了时效性作为评估信息优势的指标;给出了影响信息时效性的因素——信息准确性、时间性;采用概率法详细分析了这两个影响因素,给出了信息准确性、时间性的数学表达式。通过具体的信息传递实例验证了该模型的有效性,得出了概率因素影响信息准确性的曲线图,不同时延下信息时间性的变化图,最后给出了提高信息时效性的途径。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the information domination in the war and make evaluation on the information superiority this paper analyzes the characteristics of information chain and puts forward a Markov evaluation model with information processing function.The information delivery process in the chain of striking is given and the timeliness is taken as an index for superiority evaluation.The factors that have influence on the timeliness are information accuracy and timeliness.The probability method is used to analyze the two factors and the mathematical expressions of them are given.A specific information transmission of an example verified the validity of the model.The way to improve the information timeliness is given in the end. |
