骨科熥药联合骶管点药治疗腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎的临床观察

目的 观察骨科熥药联合骶管点药治疗腰椎间盘突症神经根炎的临床效果.方法 将100例本病患者随机分为实验组50例和对照组50例.实验组采用骨科熥药联合骶管点药治疗;对照组采用骶管点药治疗.治疗后4周观察临床疼痛症状变化、JOA评分变化及综合疗效.结果 实验组总有效率为96.00％,对照组为84.00％;实验组治愈率为76.00％,对照组为40.00％;实验组治愈率优于对照组（P＜0.01）.实验组疼痛积分、JOA评分改善与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 骨科熥药联合骶管点药治疗腰椎间盘突出症神经根炎临床疗效较好.

The Clinical Observation of Medicine Injected Sacral Canal combined with Teng Medicine in the Nerve Root Inflammation of Lumbar Disc Disease

Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of medicine injected sacral canal combined with Teng Medicine in the treatment of nerve root inflammation of lumbar disc disease. Methods： 100 patients who suffered such disease were selected and divided randomly into two groups with 50 patients in each group. The test group was treated with the combination of medicine injected sacral canal and Teng Medicine while the control group was treated with the medicine injected sacral canal only. Then the two groups were made a therapeutic comparison by pain symptoms,JOA scores and the comprehensive curative effect after 4 weeks. Results： The total effective rate was 96.00% in the test group while it was 84.00% in the control group. The cure rate was 76.00% in the treatment group, and it was 40.00% in the control group. The efficiency in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The difference of comparison was statistically significant between treatment group and control group in pain symptoms scores and JOA scores （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： It is a better clinical effect of the nerve root inflammation of lumbar disc disease can be treated by the combination of medicine injected sacral canal and Teng Medicine.
