止痛活血汤联合针刺辨治急性腰扭伤的临床观察

目的 观察止痛活血汤联合针刺辨治急性腰扭伤临床效果.方法 将110例患者分为两组,对照组予以推拿联合止痛活血汤治疗,观察组予以止痛活血汤联合针刺辨治,观察两组治疗后临床效果差异性.结果 对照组治愈率36.36％,总有效率83.64％,均低于观察组的58.18％ 、94.55％ （P＜ 0.05）.治疗后两组在症状体征评分、疼痛评分、腰部活动度评分、生活质量评分、起效时间、治疗时间、治疗费用等方面差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 止痛活血汤联合针刺辨治急性腰扭伤临床效果临床效果显著.

Clinical Study of Relieving Pain and Activating Blood Decoction Combined with Acupuncture Treating Acute Lumbar Sprain

Objective： To investigate the effect of relieving pain and activating blood decoction combined with acupuncture treating acute lumbar sprain. Methods： 110 cases of acute lumbar sprain patients were divided into two groups： the control group was received massage joint relieving pain and activating blood decoction while the observation group was received relieving pain and activating blood decoction combined with acupuncture. Clinical effects of the two groups were observed after treatment. Results： The curative rate and total efficiency of control group was 36.36% and 83.64%,lower than 58.18% and 94.55% in observation group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05 ）. After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups in aspect of signs and symptoms score, pain score, waist activity score, quality of life score, onset time, duration of treatment ,treatment costs and so on （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： That relieving pain and activating blood decoction combined with acupuncture treating acute lumbar sprain has obvious clinical effect.
