89例/次卡马西平血药浓度监测及影响因素分析

目的：了解皖南医学院弋矾山医院2007年~2011年卡马西平血药浓度监测情况．探讨卡马西平血药浓度影响因素，为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法：采用荧光偏振免疫法（FPIA）对55例常规服用卡马西平的癫痫患者进行血药浓度监测，并对监测结果进行统计分析．．结果：监测的89侧／次中，70例／次（78．65％）位于4-12μg·mL^-1，18,例／次（20．23％）〈4μg·mL^-1，1例／次（1．12％）〉12μg·mL^-1；卡马西平血药浓度与性别不存在明显的相关性，但年龄、联合用药对血药浓度影响显著（P〈0．05）。结论：加强和重视血药浓度监测，实施个体化给药，提高临床疗效．保障患者用药安全。

Analysis on the Results of 89 Case Serum Carbamazepine Concentrations and their Correlated Factors

Objective： To investigate the serum concentration monitoring of carbamazepine in the Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College from 2007 to 2011 and explore the correlated factors in order to provide a scientific basis for the rational use of carbamazepine in clinic. Methods： The serum drug concentrations of 55 epileptic patients treated with carbamazepine were monitored by the fluorescence polarization immunoassay （FPIA） and the results were analyzed. Results： Among the 89 tests, there were 70 cases （78.65%） whose serum concentrations were ranged in 4-12 μg·mL^-1, 18 cases （20.23%） lower than 4 μg·mL^-1 and 1 case （1.12%） higher than 12 μg·mL^-1 There were no significant correlation between the serum concentration and sex, but the serum concentration of carbamazepine was closely correlated with age and drug combination use （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： We must pay more attentions to the serum concentration monitoring and apply an individualize administration scheme so as to improve the effect of medical care and ensure the safety for epileptic patients.
