| Abstract: | Since the Sixteenth CPC Congress, scientific development perspective of new time and new stage has been elaborated systematically together with Chinese characteristic market economy theory, which constitutes Chinese Communists＇ contribution to Marxist localizing in China in new era and new phase. Chinese characteristic market economy theory is the basic platform of scientific development concept, while scientific development concept is the basic development strategy of Chinese characteristic market economy. |
