摘    要:炼油厂大型化是由装置大型化实现的, 而装置大型化的关键是解决大型工艺设备的单元过程、设备制造安装及它们之间优化配置等问题。为此必须开展有关化学工程、大型设备开发和工程设计的研究。化学工程研究的目的是提高大型单元设备的可操作性和效率。大型设备开发主要是就设备的材料选择、设计、制造和安装的特殊要求进行研究。工程设计研究旨在将大型装置组合成有机整体, 确保较高的产品收率、较低的物耗和能耗, 以及长周期安全运转。为炼制高含硫原油, 则须研究防腐措施, 开发防腐材料和防腐设备。

Abstract:Problems with large scale refinery and high sulphur crude refining must be sloved in China in the coming century. Corresponding chemical engineering research, large scale equipment development and engineering design should be carried out. The purpose of chemical engineering research lies in improving the operability and efficiency of large scale unit equipment. The development of large scale equipment is mainly aimed at investigation in special requirements of material selection, design, manufacturing and installation. Engineering design is for the purpose of integration of large scale equipment to ensure long term safe operation with low material and power consumption. In addition, methods for corrosion control must be investigated and anticorrosion material and equipment must be developed for refining high sulphur crude oil.
