| 摘 要： | 小鼠是在生物医学研究中广泛使用的实验动物。BALB／c小鼠是我国常用的近交系小鼠，KM小鼠是我国常用的封闭群小鼠。本文对我国BALB／c小鼠及KM小鼠的生物学特性作一综述，以利于研究者在生物医学研究中选择适宜的小鼠。

| Abstract: | Mice were widely used in biomedical research. BALB/c mice are common inbred strain mice and KM mice are common closed colony mice. In order to facilitate the choice of suitable mice in biomedical research, we review the biological characters of BALB/c mice and KM mice in china in this article. |
