摘    要:对退磁曲线线生度较好的磁体,提出一种用数学方法计算磁体B=f(H)关系和磁通损失数学表达式的方法。讨论了稀土永磁体磁性均匀性,稳定性,温度变化系数等使用特性。用数理统计方法研究了粉末烧结Nd-Fe-B永磁体磁性能的均匀性。分析发现,磁体磁通量的分布受成分,取向磁场和密度等多种随机因素的影响,统计结果比较好的服从正态分布。

Abstract:The method of calculation of demagnetizing curve and magnetic flux loss based on magnets with good linearity of demagnetizing curve have been showed in this paper.The application characteristics of Nd-Fe-B magnets such as homogeneity,stability,reversible temperature coefficient and magnetic properties have been discussed.The studies of Nd-Fe-B magnetic ane distribution have been made by using statistic method.The results show that the distribution of magnetic flux is affected by various random factors such as component,magnetic field strength of alignment and density of the magnets.The statistic results are well followed the normal gauss distribution,moreover,the easy axis alignment degree of the grains greatly affects the magnetic properties.As the alignment degree of grains increasing,the mean magnetic flux gets bigger,the distribution of the magnetic properties gets smaller,the linearity of demagnetizing curve gets better and the anti-demagnetizing ability gets stronger.
