| 摘 要： | 建立用高效液相色谱法测定工业废水中丙酮的方法。样品经简单的预处理后,通过Diomonsil C_(18)(2)5u色谱柱分离,以甲醇+水混合溶液为流动相进行洗脱,于254 nm波长下紫外检测,一次进样分析仅需4min,丙酮在0.1～50μg/L范围内的线性关系良好,在加标水平为10μg/L、30μg/L、40μg/L时,被测物的回收率为96.9%～104.7%。

| Abstract: | We developed the high proficiency liquid chromatography(HPLC)way to determine the acetone in the industrial waste water,we use the diomonsil C_(18)(2)5u column,and we apply methanol and water mixed solvent as the mobile phase,the detector can determine the content of acetone within 4 min using the wavelength 254 nm.with a good linear result,the correlation coefficient is 0.9998,while the recycling rate is in the range of 96.9%～104.7%. |
