基于GIS的矿产资源规划管理信息系统的数据库设计

矿产资源规划数据库建设是规划管理信息系统建设最基础的工作。数据库建设的思路是先按国家及省相关部门颁布的技术标准采集、整理、编辑与矿产资源规划管理有关的各类要素数据,对其进行标准化和规范化处理,进行数据分类分层和编码,然后根据数据结构模型和建库流程创建数据库。本文以四川省绵阳市安县矿产规划管理信息系统的建立为例,在地理信息平台Mapinfo开发环境下,概述了建立基于GIS的矿产规划管理数据库的内容和方法,初步构建县级矿产资源规划管理信息系统数据库。

DATABASE DESIGN OF MINERAL RESOURCES PROGRAM AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON GIS

The construction of mineral resources planning and management information system is the requirement for the development of land and resources information,which can moderate the traditional management intension,advance the management level and work efficiency of mineral management department to a new stature.Database is the groundwork for the establishment of mineral resources planning and management system.To construct the database,all kinds of data on mineral resources management should be collected,disposed and edited firstly according to technique standard issued by the state and the provinces;then the data should be standardized,normalized,classified and coded;at last,the database would be set up according to the model and the schedule.By taking An County in Mianyang city of Sichuan Province for example,this paper summarizes the contents and the way of mineral resources planning and management system database based on GIS,discusses the construction of the database on the software support environment of MapInfo.
