葡萄糖酸钠的制备工艺研究

摘    要:采用Pd/C为催化剂,过氧化氢为氧化剂催化氧化葡萄糖制备葡萄糖酸钠,对工艺条件进行了探讨,得到最佳实验条件为:葡萄糖质量浓度为40%,反应温度为45℃,反应体系pH 9~10,氧化剂用量为原料摩尔质量的0.5倍,催化剂用量为原料质量的1.5%,反应时间8h转化率达98%以上,并通过红外谱图对产品进行了表征.

Abstract:Sodium gluconate was prepared via catalytic oxidation of glucose using Pd/C as catalyst and hydrogen peroxide as oxidizer. The optimum conditions were suggested through investigating the factors which influencing the technology. The conversion could reach over 98 %, when the recation was undertaken in the best condition which the concentration of gluconate was 40 %, reaction temperature was 45 ℃, reaction pH was between 9 and 10, oxidizer dosage was 0.5 time of that of gluconate, catalyst content was 1.5 ,vt%, and reaction time was 8 h. The product was characterized by infrared spectral (IR).
