反渗透浓水深度处理新工艺的应用

摘    要:浙江某炼厂将重质原油电脱盐污水经生化处理后,使用过滤+双膜工艺处理进行水资源回收,得到的RO浓水由于可生化性差,不能使用生化方法进一步降低其COD含量,为使其达到国家污水一级排放标准,需对其进行了臭氧催化氧化的深度处理.在使用RO回收水资源的同时,使处理后浓水COD≤60 mg/kg,在有效回收水资源的同时,实现减排COD的目标.

Abstract:Certain refining and chemical company in Zhejiang Province first use biological treatment to treat heavy crude oil wastewater from electric-desalination, then use UF+RO process to recover water resource. Concentrated water can't reduce COD through biological treatment due to poor biodegradability. To achieve nation one-level standard of sewage discharge, need to retreat with catalyzed oxidation process. At the same time recovered water resource, make the concentrated water less than 60 mg/kg. Not only recovered water resource but also reduced the amount of COD discharge.
