摘    要:用不同电场强度处理荞麦种子,并于二叶一心期用PEG模拟水分胁迫,测定荞麦幼苗在干旱胁迫期间脯氨酸、可溶性耱、丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD酶)活性、过氧化物酶(POD酶)活性,并运用数学隶属函数法对各项生理指标进行抗旱性综合评价来衡量电场处理对荞麦幼苗抗旱性的影响.实验结果表明:通过电场处理能够促进苗期水分胁迫条件下脯氨酸、可溶性糖的积累,提高体内SOD酶、POD酶的活性、减少膜脂过氧化产物MDA的积累.所有这些变化都有利于缓解水分胁迫对荞麦幼苗的伤害,提高其对干旱胁迫的适应性.不同处理条件对荞麦幼苗在水分胁迫期间的适应性影响不同,4kV/cm×15min和4kV/cmx25min处理效果最好.

Abstract:After the buckwheat seeds were treated with different electric field strength and water stressed with PEG in the stage of the buckwheat seedling with two leaves,the effects of electric field on drought resistance of buckwheat seedlings were tested.The contents of proline,soluble surge and malondialdehyde(MDA),and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) were determined,and then valued integratively with subordinate function.The results showed that the electric field treatment can increase the c...
