张苏闽治疗克罗恩病肛瘘临证经验

ZHANG Sumin's Clinical Experience in Treatment of Crohn's Disease with Anal Fistula

The spleen and stomach are the foundation of acquired constitution and the source of qi and blood production,professor ZHANG Sumin believes that regulating the spleen is the most important in the treatment of Crohn's disease with anal fistula. Multi-angle combined diagnosis,internal and external combination,Chinese and western medicine were applied in the treatment of Crohn's disease with anal fistula.Professor ZHANG combined the traditional Chinese medicine "threaded ligation" therapy with the special pathology of Crohn's disease,pioneered "Sigua Zhujian" drainage method,and gave detailed information on the material of the threaded ligation and the timing of removal of stitches in anal fistula operation of Crohn's disease. In response to crohn's disease with anal fistula,ZHANG Suzhen advocated the application of local minimally invasive surgery. In China,he tried to apply autologous adipose-derived stem cell transplantation for the treatment of Crohn's disease with anal fistula for the first time,and achieved good clinical results.
