季节性冻土区衬塑钢管耐久性研究

摘    要:为探究季节性冻土区衬塑钢管在高低温冷热循环作用下使用的耐久性,基于现有规范,设计了温度区间为-20,50]℃的高低温循环试验。采用PWS-E200电液伺服动静万能试验机和自主设计的结合强度试验装置测得经历不同高低温冷热循环次数后管道的结合强度和压扁强度,分析二者随循环次数增加的变化规律,并以此为依据分析该类管道的工程适用性。试验结果表明,管道的结合强度和压扁强度随高低温冷热循环次数的增加均降低,且管道的结合强度受影响较大,是该类管道耐温变性能的重要指标,并依据管道的压扁强度对其使用环境和埋置深度提出了建议。研究成果可为工程实践提供参考。

Abstract:In order to explore the durability of lining plastic pipe under the effect of cycles of high and low temperature in seasonal frozen soil area,a high and low temperature cycle test with a temperature range of-20℃,50℃]was designed based on the existing specifications.The PWS-E200 electro-hydraulic servo dynamic and static universal testing machine and independently designed bonding strength testing device were used to measure the bonding strength and flattening strength of the pipe after experiencing different high and low temperature cycles.The engineering applicability of the pipeline was analyzed based on the variation law of intensity with increasing number of cycles.The test results show that the bonding strength and flattening strength of the pipe are reduced with the increase of the number of high and low temperature cycles.The bonding strength of the pipe is affected greatly,and it is an important indicator of the temperature change resistance of the pipe.The reasonable suggestions for use environment and burried depth of the pipe are proposed based on the flattening strength.The research results can provide reference for engineering practices.
