| 摘 要： | 设计了一种加工非圆零件的简易数控车床,通过对凸轮零件加工的分析计算,提出了消除因伺服系统的滞后所造成的加工零件拐角处的偏差的方法,并在实际编程加工中验证该方法的可行性,同时也充分证明了该设计的实用性.

| Abstract: | We designed simplified NC lathe for the manufacture of non-circular S ections parts. Based on analytical calculation of cam production, a method was p roposed to eliminate inaccuracy in manufacturing turning corner caused by delays of the accessory system. The feasibility of this method has been examined by ma nufacturing actual test products. The results also prove the practical use of th is new design. |
