塑料中增塑剂渗出的分析研究

摘    要:针对邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂如邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)和邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)以及环保类增塑剂如二丙二醇二苯甲酸酯(DPGDB)和乙酰基柠檬酸三正丁酯(ATBC)在潮湿条件下渗出进行了定量分析。分析表明,增塑剂的渗出除了与塑料相容性有关,还与试验温度、试验时间有相关性。80%、一周时间试验塑料中增塑剂DPGDB的渗出124.7mg,约为相同试验周期60℃时的30倍。该方法简便、准确,适用于塑料增塑剂渗出的测定。

Abstract:The exudation of plasticizers such as dimethyl phthalate (DMP), di-2-ethylhexyloctyl phthalate (DOP) and environmentally friendly plasticizers such as dipropylene glycol dibenzoate (DPGDB), acetyl tri-bu- tyl citrate (ATBC) was quantitatively analyzed under humid conditions. Analysis showed that the exudation of plasticizer was correlative not only with compatibility of plastics, but also with the test temperature and time. At the temperature 80℃ , the exudation of DPGDB in plastics was 124.7mg for a week, was about 30 times that of temperature 60℃. The way is convenient for determination of exudation of plastic plasticizers.
