腘静脉置管溶栓术治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理

目的：总结腘静脉置管溶栓术治疗下肢深静脉血栓的护理经验。方法：下肢深静脉血栓21例，在B超引导下行静脉置管溶栓术治疗。结果：阻塞血管血流再通，临床症状迅速改善，显效率76．2％，有效率23．8％。结论：选择合适的导管与导管鞘、合理的体位能有效地降低皮下出血及导管脱落的危险。正确的无菌溶栓操作方法是预防感染的关键，观察置管侧肢体的运动、感觉以及呼吸功能状况是发现血栓脱落的主要方法。

Treatment of deep venous thrombolus (DVT) by popliteal venous intublation thrombolysis

Objective:To summarize nursing experience about treatment of DVT by intubalation popliteal venous thrombolysis.Method:21 cases received thrombolysis under ultrasonic B monitoring.Result:76.2% show significant efficacy,23.8% show efficacy.Conclusion:Suitable cath~eter and its sheath can eliviated detached ratio,right asepsis technique is crucial for success,timely observation of extremities movement,sense,respiratory condition is also important.
