| 摘 要： | 大学生就业难问题越来越受到国家和社会的广泛关注,国家出台了许多相关政策来积极支持学生就业,各学校也采取了很多办法来促进学生就业,如何提升大学生自身的就业能力是破解大学生就业难的关键所在。本文结合我院的一些做法和经验对此做一些初浅的分析。

| Abstract: | The employment difficulty of graduates causes increasing attention from government and society.Governments implement many positive policies to promote graduates employment and colleges and universities adopt many measures to foster graduates employment.The key to this problem lies in how to improve the employment abilities of graduates.Some preliminary analysis was made based on the practice and experiments in our college. |
