骨健康基本补充剂联合运动、生活方式干预对围绝经期骨量减少的临床观察

目的研究对于围绝经期女性骨量减少的干预效果,探讨女性骨质疏松症的早期预防措施。方法对围绝经期骨量减少女性给予生活方式改变、饮食结构调整、运动训练指导及骨健康基本补充剂治疗的综合干预,比较干预前后骨密度、骨转化标志物、四肢肌肉含量的变化。结果观察组在干预后腰椎骨密度、全身肌肉含量、25-OHD3水平均有改善。结论对围绝经期骨量减少女性进行多方位的早期干预可以延缓绝经后骨质疏松症的发生发展。

Clinical observation of bone health basic supplement combined with exercise and lifestyle intervention in perimenopausal bone mass reduction

Objective To investigate the preventive effect of health management on perimenopausal women with osteoporosis. Methods The comprehensive intervention of lifestyle change, diet structure adjustment, exercise training guidance and basic bone health supplement treatment in women with perimenopausal bone mass reduction was given. The changes of bone mineral density, bone transformation markers and muscle content of extremities before and after intervention were compared. Results The bone mineral density of lumbar vertebrae, the whole body muscle content and the content of 25-OHD3 were improved in the observation group. Conclusion Multi-directional early health management can delay the occurrence and development of postmenopausal osteoporosis in women with reduced bone mass in perimenopausal period.
