婴幼儿服装衣带抗拉强力试验探讨

考虑到服用性能,产品标准中规定考核婴幼儿服装衣带的抗拉强力。其测试方法与GB 31701-2015《婴幼儿及儿童纺织产品安全技术规范》中附件的抗拉强力试验方法不同。文中对不同克质量面料的针织婴幼儿服装衣带抗拉强力进行测试,确定了新标准FZ/T 73025《婴幼儿针织服饰》中衣带抗拉强力指标。对比分析了梭织和针织服装衣带抗拉强力的区别。结果显示,试样断裂均具有3种现象:面料断裂、缝纫线断裂和衣带断裂;梭织服装衣带抗拉强力指标为≥70 N,试样大多数为缝纫线断裂,企业应多关注缝纫线材质及缝纫方式;针织服装衣带抗拉强力指标为≥40 N,试样大多数为面料断裂,企业应多关注该针织面料的性能,该指标不影响产品对于薄型针织面料的选用。

Analysis and Summary of Tensile Strength Test for Infant Garments Straps

On the basis of wearability performance,the strap tensile strength on infant garments is assessed according to the product standards.The test method of strap tensile strength is different with the accessory tensile strength in standards of GB 31701-2015"safety technical code for infants and children textile products".The straps tensile strength of different gram weight fabrics is tested and the strap tensile strength index of FZ/T 73025"knitted infant garments"is confirmed.Besides,the difference of strap tensile strength between woven and knitted garments is analyzed.The results show that there are 3 breakage phenomena:fabric breakage,sewing thread breakage and strap breakage.For woven garments,the index of strap tensile strength is≥70 N,most of the samples are due to sewing thread breakage,so enterprises should pay more attention to sewing thread material and sewing method.For knitted garments,the index of strap tensile strength is≥40 N,most of the samples are due to fabric breakage,hence enterprises should pay more attention to knitting fabric performance,but actually,the strap tensile strength index for knitted garments is reasonable and doesn’t affect the selection of thin knitted fabrics.
