110kV电缆接头橡胶绝缘件电气试验方法的改进

摘    要:电缆接头橡胶绝缘件质量的好坏直接影响电缆接头的运行,必须在出厂前对其进行电气试验。现行试验方法是仅单个橡胶绝缘件进行电气试验,试验效率低,试验费用高。对现行试验方法进行改进,增加贯通型环氧棒,将2个橡胶绝缘件串联试验,环氧棒内设计气道使机械组装后试验装置内的空气排出。改进后的方法已经成功应用于110 kV电缆接头橡胶绝缘件的电气试验上,2个橡胶绝缘件串联试验合格率与现行方法持平,试验效率提高70%,试验成本降低30%。

Abstract:The quality of rubber insulation directly affects the operation of the cable joint and must be electrically test ed to determine the quality.The current test method is tested with only a single rubber insulation,the test efficiency is low and the test cost is high.The current test method has been improved,the two rubber insulations have been test ed in series by adding a through type epoxy rod,the air passage has been designed in the epoxy rod to exhaust air in side the test device after mechanical assembly.The improved test method has been successfully applied to the electri cal test of rubber insulation of 110kV cable joint.Two rubber insulations are connected in series,the qualification rate is the same as the current test method,the test efficiency is increased by 70%and the test cost is reduced by 30%.
