LNG储罐投产时置换氮气方式探讨

LNG储罐投产时,置换氮气操作是储罐预冷前最为重要的工作之一。结合标准规范要求,对储罐投产时置换氮气的必要性进行简述。基于我国多座LNG储罐调试经验,针对不同接收站中新建和扩建LNG储罐提出了4种置换氮气方式,并分析了其优缺点和适用条件,认为LNG储罐投产时应根据接收站的实际情况综合分析选择一种足够安全、操作相对简单且经济性较好的置换方式。

Discussion on the methods of replacing nitrogen when LNG storage tank into production

When the LNG storage tank is put into production,replacing nitrogen operation is one of the most important tasks before the pre-cooling of storage tank.Combined with the requirements of standard,the necessity of replacing nitrogen during of the storage tank production was briefly described.Based on the commissioning experience of several LNG storage tanks in China,four methods of replacing nitrogen were proposed for the new and expanded LNG storage tanks in different LNG terminals,and their advantages,disadvantages and applicable conditions were analyzed.It was considered that when the LNG storage tank is put into production,a safe,relatively simple and economical replacement method should be selected based on the comprehensive analysis of the actual situation of the LNG terminal.
