新型涡流管的制冷特性研究

摘    要:以新型涡流管为研究主体,通过实验,研究涡流管操作参数对涡流管性能的影响。根据实验数据,分析改变温度压力等操作参数对涡流管能量分离效应的影响。试验结果表明:当提高涡流管进气温度,其冷热两端出气温度升高,但并不影响涡流管的制冷效率;增加涡流管进气压力会提高涡流管制冷效应,并在冷流率为0.2时效果最明显;制冷效率随节流阀开度增加而增加且最终趋于稳定,而制热效率则随节流阀开度增加而减小并最终趋于稳定。

Research on refrigeration characteristics of new type vortex tube

Abstract:The influence of the operating parameters of the new type vortex tube on the performance of the vortex tube was studied by means of experiments.Based on the experimental data,the energy separation effect of the vortex tube was analyzed when the operating parameters,such as temperature and pressure,were changed.The experimental results show that when the inlet temperature increases,the gas temperature at both ends of the outlet of the vortex tube increases,but it has no significant effect on the refrigeration efficiency.The cooling effect of vortex tube increases with the increase of inlet pressure and is most obvious when the cooling flow rate is 0.2 or so.The cooling efficiency increases with the increase of throttle opening and eventually tends to be stable,while the heating efficiency decreases with the increase of throttle opening and finally tends to be stable.
