摘    要:目的:研究早期肢体康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能及生活自理能力的效果。方法:根据随机数字表法将2018年1月至2020年1月期间本院接收的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例分为两组,对照组40例予以神经内科常规干预,观察组40例联合早期肢体康复训练。将两组的骨密度、运动功能评分、生活自理能力评分进行比对。结果:观察组患者干预后的骨密度、FMA评分、Barthel指数均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行早期肢体康复训练能够有效促进运动功能、生活自理能力的提高。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of early limb rehabilitation training on motor function and self-care ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:According to the random number table method,80 patients with stroke and hemiplegia received in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into two groups.40 patients in the control group received routine neurology intervention,and 40 patients in the observation group combined with early limbs Rehabilitation.The bone density,motor function score,and self-care ability score of the two groups were compared.Results:The bone mineral density,FMA score,and Barthel index of the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early limb rehabilitation training for stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively promote the improvement of motor function and self-care ability in life.
