| 摘 要： | 介绍了珠钢采用电CSP工艺开发和生产集装箱薄板钢的实践，包括其成分设计、工艺操作及诸如电炉终点控制（TPC）、窄的成分控制（NCC）、氮的控制、铝的控制和连铸工艺控制等关键技术。2003年珠钢生产集装箱薄板钢55万t，其产品质量满足用户要求，国内市场占有率达16．7％。

| Abstract: | The present paper introduces the practice in research and development and production of steel sheet for container purpose through electric arc furnace(EAF)-CSP process route in Zhujiang Iron & Steel Corporation including composition design and process operation and a number of key technologies such as EAF tapping point control(TPC),narrow composition control(NCC),nitrogen control,aluminum control and continuous casting process control.In 2003 Zhujiang Iron & Steel produced 550,000 t steel sheet for container use,ranking the first in the market share of the steel products in China and at the same time the product quality conforms to the customers' requirements. |
