| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国传统轻化工程专业本科毕业实习现状的分析,指出其对人才培养的一些弊端和不适应性,同时对新的毕业实习教学模式进行了探讨与实践,总结了适合新形势下人才培养模式的实习方式,即多种渠道、多种方式的结合,以期达到最佳的毕业实习效果,满足实用型人才的培养需求。

| Abstract: | The traditional teaching mode in graduation practice of Light Chemical Engineering is analyzed in this paper.And it has pointed out that talent training has some drawbacks and rigidness in this process.In order to improve practical results and meet the needs of practical talents,new graduation practice mode must be discussed and reformed constantly,various channels and ways need to be searched and combined. |
