| 摘 要： | 短时停电是配电网运行中常见的供电质量问题。随着电子及数字化设备在生产和生活中的广泛应用,短时停电对用户和社会的影响日益严重。结合我国电网的运行情况和技术水平,提出了一个合适的短时停电定义;从设备敏感特性的角度出发,分析了短时停电对设备以致用户的影响机理;结合调研结果,总结了短时停电对用户和社会的危害。这对提高社会对短时停电的认识、进一步提高供电质量具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Short interruption is a common power supply quality problem in distribution system operation.With the widely application of electronic and digital equipment in modern life and production,the influence of short interruption to individual user and whole society becomes more and more serious.A proper definition of short interruption is proposed with consideration of operation condition and technology level of China power grid.Based on equipment sensitivity characteristics,the short interruption influence mechanism on equipment is analyzed in detail.According to the result collected from field investigation,the hazard of short interruption to individual user and whole society is summarized.It is very meaningful to promote social understanding of the short interruption and improve power supply quality management. |
