中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床研究

目的探讨中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效和用药安全性。方法回顾性分析2010年5月~2012年5月本院接诊的消化性溃疡患者58例的临床治疗资料,58例患者分为2组,观察组采用中西医结合治疗,对照组采用口服西药治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效及药物不良反应发生率。结果观察组29例患者中,显效21例,有效7例,无效1例,总有效率达96.55%,明显高于对照组的总有效率79.56%（显效14例,有效9例,无效6例）,P〈0.05;对照组1例出现恶心,1例出现轻度皮疹,而观察组1例出现腹痛,经适当处理后均好转。对照组的不良反应发生率为6.90%,高于观察组发生率3.45%,P〈0.05。结论中西医结合治疗消化性溃疡疗效比单纯西药联合治疗效果更为显著,值得推广应用于临床。

Integrative clinical study of the treatment of peptic ulcer

Objective To investigate Integrative the clinical efficacy and safety of drugs in the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods Frommay,2011 to May 2012 in our hospital admissions and treatment of 58 patients,a retrospective analysis of their clinical data, 58 patients were divided into two groups, the observation group Integrative Medicine, the control group using oral medicine treatment,the incidence of the two groups were compared in patients with clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions. Results 29 patients in the observation group, 21 cases markedly effective in 7 cases, and 1 case, the total effective rate of 96.55%, significantly higher than the total efficiency of 79.56% （14 cases markedly effective in 9 cases, ineffective 6 cases）, P0.05; cases of nausea after treatment, the control group, the patients had mild rash, the observation group 1 patients had abdominal pain improved after appropriate treatment. The incidence of adverse reactions of the control group was 6.90%, higher than the incidence of 3.45% of the observation group, P0.05. Conclusion Integrative treatment of peptic ulcer combinationtherapyismoreeffectivethanWesternmedicinealone,isworthpromotingclinicalapplication.
