摘    要:以我国自育的250个小麦品种(系)为材料,分析了我国小麦品种HMW-GS的组成和分布。结果显示,我国小麦品种(系)的HMW-GS变异类型非常丰富,总共发现了19种变异类型,其中包括4种稀有变异类型;从遗传变异指数可以看出,HMW-GS等位基因遗传多样性Glu-B1>Glu-A1>Glu-D1;从亚基的组成和分布来看,我国小麦品种中优质亚基的比例是比较低的,在Glu-A1位点,2*亚基的比例为15.2%,在Glu-B1位点,14 15亚基的比例为12.4%,17 18亚基的比例为2.4%,在Glu-D1位点,5 10亚基的比例为23.6%。

Abstract:In this study,250 Chinese wheat varieties(lines) were used to analyse the diversity of HMW-GS.The results were as follows: There was a great diversity of HMW-GS among Chinese wheat,19 HMW-GS variation types were found including 4 unusual types.By comparing the diversity of the alleles of HMW-GS according to the index of genetic variability,the order could be got as Glu-B1>Glu-A1>Glu-D1.In addition,from the components and distribution of the HMW-GS,it could be concluded that the proportion of the subunit with good bread-making such as 2*,5 10,14 15 and 17 18 was relatively lower,the percents were 15.2%,12.4%,2.4%and 23.6% respectively.
