| 摘 要： | 目的研究脱皮马勃止血的有效部位。方法采用家兔体外凝血实验，通过瓷板针挑法、试管法观察凝血时间和血浆复钙时间等指标，针对脱皮马勃各提取部位进行对比研究。结果脱皮马勃的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位凝血时间和复钙时间与空白对照组比较显著缩短（P〈0．01），有较好的止血作用。结论脱皮马勃醇提液的乙酸乙酯部位和正丁醇部位是其止血有效部位。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effective hemostatic components of Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich.Methods Original solvent extracts of Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich.were used in rabbit blood coagulation experiments.The coagulation time and recalcification time of organic solvent extracts of Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich.were investigated and compared.Results The coagulation time and recalcification time of ethyl acetate extract and n-Butanol extract were shorter than those of the blank controls（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Ethyl acetate extract and n-Butanol extract of Lasiosphaera fenzlii Reich.are major active extracts playing a part in hemostasis.The hemostasis effect is related to promoted platelet aggregation. |
