35例纯中医疗法治疗排卵障碍性不孕的临床观察

目的研究纯中医疗法（内服中药＋饮食疗法）治疗排卵障碍性不孕的治疗效果。方法选择2005年3月～2012年1月于我院妇产科进行治疗的排卵障碍性不孕70例患者，其中35例采用中医治疗的患者作为中医组，35例采用西医治疗的患者作为西医组，对比两组患者的子宫内膜厚度、直径≥10mm卵泡数目、优势卵泡直径、排卵率、妊娠率等各指标。结果西医组内膜厚度与中医组相比，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：西医组直径≥10mm卵泡数目明显少于中医组（P〈0．05），优势卵泡直径西医组小于中医组（P〈0．05）。西医组排卵率为60．3％，中医组排卵率为91．6％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；西医组共有3例尿HCG试验阳性，妊娠率为8．57％，中医组共有11例尿HCG试验阳性，妊娠率为31．43％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对排卵障碍性不孕患者采用辨证中医治疗联合食疗可取得较好疗效。

Treatment effect of pure Chinese medicine for the anovulatory infertility

Objective To study the treatment effect of pure Chinese medicine （ internal medicine and diet therapy ） for the anovulatory infertility. Methods Selected 70 patients with anovulatory infertility in Obstetric and Gynecology of our hospital from March 2005 to January 2012, then divided them into two groups according to apply Chinese medicine or Western medicine, the patients of Chinese medicine group were supplied by internal medicine and diet therapy, while the patients of Western medicine group were conducted by Western medicine therapy ,compared the endometrial thick- ness , number of diameter≥ 10mm follicle, diameter of advantage follicle , ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the two groups. Results The endometrial thickness of Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group had statistical dif- ference （P 〈 0.05）, the number of diameter≥ 10 mm follicle of Western medicine group was much less than Chinese medicine group （P 〈 0.05）. The diameter of advantage follicle of Western medicine group was also much less than Chinese medicine group （P 〈 0.05）. The ovulation rate of Western medicine was 60.3%,the ovulation rate of Chinese medicine was 91.6%, there were statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. The pregnancy rate of Western medicine was 8.57%, the pregnancy rate of Chinese medicine was 31.43%, there were statistical difference （/9 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Apply Chinese medicine combined food therapy could cure anovulatory infertility effectively .
