| 摘 要： | 脑钠肽前体N末端片段（NT-proBNP）是利钠肽（NP）家族的一员，无生物学活性，是心功能障碍性疾病诊断、疗效监测和预后评估等最佳的心肌标记物，其在围心脏手术期的变化能反映患者心脏功能的改变。作者主要综述NT-proBNP在术前心功能不全的诊断，围心肺转流术（cPB）期的变化及指导心力衰竭治疗的新进展。

| Abstract: | N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) with no biological activity is the best cardiac marker in the diagnosis,risk stratification,prognosis and therapeutic monitoring of the patients with cardiac dysfunction,and is one of the natriuretic peptides.In this review,we aim to the latest progress of NT-proBNP study on its change during peri-cardiopulmonary bypass,and its applications in the diagnosis of preoperative cardiac function and in the guidance of heart failure therapy. |
