某矿业集团1977例尘肺病患者死因分析

目的分析某矿业集团1963—2012年尘肺病及尘肺结核死亡病例的死亡特征,为尘肺结核防治及相关政策的制定提供科学依据。方法采用回顾性研究方法对某矿业集团1963—2012年9月所有尘肺病及尘肺结核死亡病例（1 977例）进行分析。结果尘肺病例死因前5位分别为呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、循环系统疾病、死因不明及其他;尘肺结核病病例死因前5位分别为呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病、肿瘤、死因不明及其他;肺结核仍为尘肺结核病患者最主要的死亡原因;单纯尘肺与尘肺结核病患者的死亡尘肺病期别、尘肺病类型及工龄分布差异均有统计学意义;单纯尘肺和尘肺结核病患者的死亡年龄差异无统计学意义。结论尘肺病及尘肺结核病患者死亡原因以肺结核等呼吸系统疾病为主。应进一步加强呼吸系统疾病的预防和治疗,加强对离退休职工的医学随访和职业健康监护。

Causes of death of 1977 pneumoconiosis cases in a mining group

Objective]To analyze the characteristics of death cases due to pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis in a mining group from1963-2012,and provide scientific evidence for pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis control and development of relevant policies.Methods]A retrospective study was performed on 1 977 death cases due to pneumoconiosis and tuberculosis in a mining group from 1963- September 2012. Results] The top 5 causes of pneumoconiosis death were respiratory diseases,cancer,circulatory system diseases,unknown and other causes. The top 5 causes of pneumoconiosis tuberculosis death were respiratory diseases,circulatory system diseases,cancer,unknown and other causes. Tuberculosis still was the main cause of pneumoconiosis tuberculosis death. The pneumoconiosis deaths and pneumoconiosis tuberculosis deaths were significantly different on pneumoconiosis stage,pneumoconiosis type and distribution of service length. And they were not significantly different on death age. Conclusion]The main causes of death of pneumoconiosis and pneumoconiosis tuberculosis cases are tuberculosis and other respiratory diseases. It is necessary to further strengthen the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases,and enhance the medical follow-up and occupational health surveillance of retired workers.
