全氧燃烧玻璃熔窑热工计算与分析

摘    要:对全氧燃烧玻璃熔窑与空气燃烧熔窑进行了热工过程计算与比较,分析了全氧燃烧玻璃窑内烟气变化及其对传热的影响,证明了全氧燃烧在节能和减少污染方面显著的优点,并简述了全氧燃烧技术对玻璃工业的推动作用.

Abstract:The thermal process is calculated in oxy-fuel combustion and air-fuel combustion glass melting furnace, the effect of heat transfer are analyzed because of gas component change in oxy-fuel combustion glass melting furnace, the advantages of oxy-fuel combustion including emission reduction and energy saving are proved, and introduces the advance of glass industry by oxy-fuel combustion technology.
